Hypertension is a condition in which the blood force in the artery walls is constantly high. A prolonged high blood pressure could cause serious health conditions, such as heart diseases and stroke.

There are no definite symptoms that could tell that a person is suffering from hypertension. The common conditions that could be related are headache, difficulty in breathing, sweating with uneasiness, giddiness.

The risk factors leading to hypertension includes family history of hyper, being overweight, inability to deal with anxiety issues, excess use of salt in diet.

Healthy lifestyle, low salt diet, managing anxiety issues, avoiding smoking and alcohol consumption, avoiding tea and coffee, regular checkups and medication can help you to keep normal blood pressure.
